Terms of Service and Terms of Use

1. Who operates the service

The PolyTips service at www.polytips.eu is operated by Daniel Slabý, Business ID (IČO) 23671904, registered at Koštov 66, 400 02 Trmice, Czech Republic, entered in the trade register (the "operator"). Contact: dejny@polytips.eu, or Discord discord.gg/8cdcprVaPz. Operator's other projects: dejny.eu. The operator is not registered for VAT.

2. What PolyTips is

PolyTips is a digital information service: we monitor publicly available on-chain data from prediction markets (chiefly Polymarket), track the activity of successful wallets, and make the resulting statistics, summaries, and alerts ("tips") available to members — in the web app and on Discord.

Tips are informational content only — not investment, financial, or betting advice. We do not guarantee any returns; past results do not guarantee future ones. Prediction markets carry the risk of losing the entire staked amount. Decisions and responsibility are always yours alone. The service is intended solely for people 18 years of age and older.

3. Account

Using membership requires registration with a valid email. The account is personal and non-transferable — sharing login credentials or giving third parties access to paid content is a breach of these terms and grounds for account termination without refund. The service content is protected by copyright; further distribution without the operator's consent is not permitted.

4. Order and payment

Membership is purchased for a fixed period per the current price list (trial, day, week, month…). This is not an auto-renewing subscription — once the paid period ends, nothing further is charged; renewal is always a new purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.; the operator has no access to your card details. Prices are final, in CZK (Kč). A tax receipt is sent to the account email.

5. Delivery and right of withdrawal

Access to the content is granted immediately once payment is received. By purchasing you expressly agree to receive the digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that, under Section 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code, this means the right to withdraw from the contract no longer applies.

Even so, we play fair: if the service isn't working as it should, let us know — we resolve legitimate cases with a fix, an extended membership, or a refund.

6. Liability for defects

We provide digital content for the paid period and are responsible for it matching the service description. Report defects to the contact email; we handle them without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. Short-term outages caused by maintenance or third parties (hosting, Discord, the Polymarket API) are not a service defect; 100% uptime is not guaranteed.

7. Liability

The operator is not liable for damage arising from decisions made based on the service content (see Article 2), for third-party outages, or for lost profit. Total compensation for any harm is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months; this doesn't apply where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Account termination

You can cancel your account at any time by request to the contact email. The operator may terminate or block an account for breach of these terms (in particular, sharing content or the account); the paid, unused period is forfeited in such a case. For terminations for other reasons we refund a proportional part of the price.

9. Changes to the terms and final provisions

We may reasonably amend these terms; we announce changes on the website or by email at least 14 days in advance. These relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Consumer disputes can be resolved out of court through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz). Personal data protection is described in the Privacy & Cookies Policy.

These terms are drawn up in Czech and in translations; in case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.
